  1. Open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of United Biscuits (UK) Limited and any United Biscuits group company, Cancer Research UK, Race for Life, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are not received by the promoter, and proof of entry is not proof of receipt.
  2. One entry per person is allowed through the go-ahead website - www.goahead.co.uk/spabreak- plus one extra entry per person who signs-up to a Race for Life event.
  3. There will be one prize draw for one of five ULTIMATE INDULGENCE PACKAGES AT THE STOKE PARK, (Buckinghamshire, England) prizes (for two people).
  4. The closing date for all entries is 23.59 on 31/08/2010.

  6. No purchase necessary.
  7. All winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision and notified by email within seven days of the closing date for the draw.
  8. Prize consists of overnight accommodation in a Mansion Room for two people at STOKE PARK CLUB with on-site facilities including: £200 travel allowance, Three course table d’hôte dinner, Full English breakfast, Lunch in San Marco, 2 x 55 minute spa treatments per person, complimentary use of Health and Racquet facilities(indoor swimming pool with hydro-seat Jacuzzis, state-of-the-art gymnasium, multi-surface tennis courts, steam rooms, dance and fitness studio).
  9. No cash or other alternative prizes are available. The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion if deemed necessary due to circumstances outside of its reasonable control. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter, the prizes will only be available to the winners in person.
  10. Winners will be responsible for their own travel insurance arrangements, for their personal travel documentation and for any travel costs above the £200 travel allowance.
  11. Accommodation is subject to availability and operator’s booking conditions. Booking dates not permitted include over Christmas, New Year, and any Bank Holidays.
  12. Winners names and counties will be available by sending a SAE entitled ‘GA Spa promotion’ to Dialogue141, 121-141 Westbourne Terrace, London, W2 6JR, UK up until 30/11/2010.
  13. The winners may be required to participate in such unpaid publicity as required by the promoter.
